Return Handling


Schuelbe Promotion Service attaches great importance to smooth and transparent returns processing.
Please observe the following instructions to ensure that your return is processed quickly:

Unless it is a complaint, goods can only be returned if

  • they are in their original packaging,
  • and have been sent back to Schuelbe Promotion Service in perfect condition


Schuelbe Promotion Service should be notified of the return in advance.
The shipping costs for such returns shall be borne by the customer in this case.

If incorrect, defective or damaged goods are delivered, the goods will be returned at the expense of Schuelbe Promotion Service after the customer has notified Schuelbe Promotion Service of the complaint.
